Excellent service! We have a dentist office and Windows XP just stopped support. We called Bryant to schedule a service call and reload all of our computers to Windows 7 Pro. We had 10 machines that they reloaded within a week and got our dentist software to work through the office. We had no one to count on, Startech came through quick and did a great job. I have known these guys for years and have always had good success. They have the most competent techs anywhere around here. I suspect some of these reviews are from people like the guy at the flea market. A friend of mine told me he puts up bogus reviews just to hurt his competition. My advice is check'em out. Go to their shop and see how they really are.

My wife called to inquire about trading an old tower for store credit. She described it in detail to the owner who said she could have $50.00 store credit. Once we took a laptop in to have a virus removed the store credit disappeared. The owner is flaky and the staff remind me of used car salesmen. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

They lie, Have Not been in Lake city for only like 1-3 years, way over priced, try to charge for stuff not needed, and complete crooksGo anywhere else, even to a friend, or a child, you will get better service anywhere than here, dishonest
