We went to the store in Lake City and purchased a razor. Why T.J. Maxx is selling men's razors is beyond me. At any rate, there it was so we bought it. We took it 40 miles home to unpack it and plug it in to charge in accordance with the directions. The next day we find it does not work at all. It simply will not work. Nothing works on it at all. The motor does not turn on. We had thrown away the box and don't keep reciepts anyway because it's all on the credit card. We go back to the store where Mickey Cogley told my boyfriend he did not purchase it and so she wouldn't even exchange it or reccompense us for the travel, the expense or the broken razor that never once worked.



I then called the store where I was put on hold for ten minutes while this Mickey person 'helped' someone else. When I spoke to her she was rude, did not apologize for the inconvenience and told me that it was my boyfriend's fault. It was implied since they could not 'prove' the purchase either because they were too lazy to look it up or to do the return that he must have stolen it. Nice. This was when I called the corporate office at 1.800.926.MAXX. There I spoke with David who was entirely different, very understanding and has told me he will handle it or the District Manager will within 24hrs. I will update tomorrow and let you know if that has in fact happened. If not, I will post this poor review all over the Internet so that people can make informed choices. Certainly, there are better places to purchase things.
