I ordered a Dog Backpack for a our Dog a week ago. The website shipping policies claim that the the order will ship in 24 -48 hrs with email notification. If the package is not in stock they will also send you an email. After 4 days I sent an email and heard nothing in response. I've looked at reviews from other sites about this company and this seems to be typical.. some orders have taken up to two months. I've sent a total of 4 emails now with no response and the last one requesting a refund. This company has terrible customer service and I would never order anything from them again... Oh but they were very quick in taking the money from my account, they did that the day after the order.
