Great bunch of folks at collision pros. They actually waited around for me after hours on a Saturday because my AAA tow truck driver got lost. Then they wrote up my work order and completed my estimate. Then they waited even longer for my wife to show up to take me home.

The whole experience was hassle free. That’s not something you can say about many service shops of any kind nowadays. A special thanks to Kevin for being so attentive.

Exceptional work in customer service by the whole collision pros. The staff went above and beyond for me and that made me feel good and very grateful that I found collision pros in Lake Elsinore. They took care of everything for me from the moment I arrived. My car is beautiful again. They definitely pay attention to detail. If you are anywhere within 50 miles of Lake Elsinore and you need body and paint work, collision pros in Lake Elsinore is where you want to go.

Was in a car accident and looked up place near by and brought it to Collision Pros.They helped me with my insurance stuff and had the rental car people bring me a car to their shop which was really helpful. I didn't know they did window tint and had them do it while fixing my car.Car and windows were ready 3 days later and I am very pleased.I like these guys and have already recommended them.

Excellent in Service - Body Shop Repair and Paint - Collision Pros Auto Body and Paint Shop has amazing customer service. My car was done way before I expected. I paid out of pocket and didn't deal with insurance so price was a big deal to me. My final price was exactly what Marci had quoted in the estimate with no surprises along the way for extra needs to complete the job. Jose and his crew are very professional and friendly. Other customers were bragging about Collision Pros work both times I was in the waiting room. I took my car into Collision Pros for a little body work. They quoted me a great price and promised my car would be perfect. They kept their word, it was excellent work. And they also got the work done a day early. How could you go wrong. Great customer service, great work. I totally recommend this place for any vehicles body work.
