Best office and doctor in Lake Elsinore, as far as I am concerned. They are busy because they are good. I like the doctors and the staff. Very professional and knowledgeable.

You never want to go to this place! A very bad experience for my 3 yr old grandson! I think they are in it for the money! We will never go back! Horrible experience!

CROOKS!! refuse to refund $2600 they owe my elderly mother. Have gotten nothing but lies and excuses. Called mom's insurance and was told that the maximum copay was $195. She was charged SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. This was for SIX procedures. When I spoke to Anna (remember that name) I was told there were LAB FEES. FOUR HUNDRED AND FIVE DOLLARS. PER PROCEDURE. she also claimed that the only insurance payment reflected in the statement wasn't supposed to be credited to my mother's acct. It was just a friendly gift, I guess. CROOKS!

The doctor messed up during a dental procedure and I then needed to have a specialist fix the mistake which ended up costing me almost double! Unfortunately the law protects them and not the consumer when they make the kind of mistake they did with me. I was in pain for months before I could have anything fixed, it just doesn't seem right. This dentistry was much better in my opinion in 2008, back then it was called Elsinore Hills Family Dentistry and had much better service.

I would say this is the best office in Lake Elsinore.I have been to a few over the years and this one is the best in my opinion.They are punctual and know about insurances and how they work. The doctor and staff were also very king and gentle.

I recommend them to my friends and family.
