My husband brought his brand new triumph rocket 111 to Dave. He said he knew how to work on them. Long story short he did not almost blew my husbands engine up by installing the parts incorrectly and forgetting one. My husband had to take it to a authorized shop to have it fixed then went back to Dave for him to want to fight my husband swear he did nothing wrong and to curse him out all in front of our children. We are still trying to get our money back Probably best to go to another shop. I wish Dave luck but unfortunately he has not returned my phone calls to try and resolve this matter professionally. All we wanted is our money back for labor we paid and one part he never put on the bike If he does resolve this matter then I will update my post until then I will say how disappointed I am in how he conducts business and himself in a not so professional manner. This is why I stay away from local small businesses. So sad.

If you have ANY kind of Motorcycle save yourself and

STAY AWAY FROM DMP MOTORSPORTS



"Dave" has had my bike for SEVEN WEEKS now and hasn't fixed anything. He has charged me $500 for parts and labor but the problems have not been fixed. When I picked it up the first time and brought it home it started leaking gas from the carb. Called him and it took him 2 days to come take it back. He has now had my bike seven weeks, refuses to refund my money and has not delivered my bike back to me as promised for two weeks. DMP DOES NOT CALL me to update me on the status of my bike, doesn't call me when he fails to deliver my bike, doesn't call if he can't reproduce the problems.

What DOES Dave at DMP do?! Take on more customers while my bike sits there not getting fixed or returned to me.



I have actually driven to the store on ANOTHER morning he promised to deliver my bike and didn't (and didn't call me), because he was out picking up another motorcycle - taking on another customer instead of finishing with me.



DAVE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO FIX A MOPED. He has NO certifications as a mechanic and WORSE customer service. This man has NO IDEA how to run a business and LESS OF AN IDEA HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PAYING YOU!!!!



No matter how much you save, even if he says it's FREE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PAY!!! I Promise you will regret going to this shop!!!
