This place is great from the outside. Not so much on the inside. The ad i saw was for a beautiful double wide and all was available, the same day the ad posted, was a very used and damaged 5th wheel. The manager, JUDY, was the most miserable person i ever met. She generalized a possible tenant by where he used to live. She stated " all of the people at that particular park were bad news." Personally i think it was because he was a man. My brother was interested living here and she would even consider it because he was a man and 26 years old. He is a quite guy with no record. She harasses us daily. We actually end up living across the street from her. Big mistake! So many people have left since I've been here, 5 weeks, i've seen folks calling and threatening her personally. THIS PARK IS A HUGE MISTAKE AND VERY POORLY MANAGED. THE TRAILERS FOR RENT ARE NOT WHATS ADVERTIZED. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THIS PLACE IS A HELL HOLE. NOT A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO LIVE.

I was so excited when I visited the website of Lake Park Resort and saw that this facility was so very close to the home of my grandchildren that we would be visiting. Olympic size pool, full hook ups, clean restrooms. Not quite! showers were uncomfortable to day the least . Woman working in office verbally attacking a fellow rv enthusiast publicly. Would not stay here again if they paid me!
