Pharmacy terrible! I was hurt at work, had free prescription for pills, I went in around 3:00pm in tired and in pain, the pharmacist said it would 20-30 min. if I wanted to wait. I asked how late they were open, and said I would come back later. I returned at 6:oo pm . I had to wait in line, my turn came and the clerk? pharmacist? said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes!!!!! I was not happy, I said why would I leave it and come back if the wait time was the same? I wasted my time and my gas for no good reason. She managed to get my pills ready in 15 minutes, but was rude about it. I got home and they had shorted my pills, I had turned in the bottles, and they gave me new ones so I could not check the amount. I counted the pills at home, I asked the doctor on my next visit to confirm the original amount and it did not add up. I have returned to Rite Aid ( sent my husband to wait ) for another prescription only because this was a work - related accident and I had already turned in the paperwork. I will not use them again!
