The old saying you get what you pay for could not be more true in the case of alanis tires. Took my vehicle in to get one drivers side rear tire installed. Entered with all lugs nuts on all tires, but left with 2 less, and was not told. I noticed the front tire which had nothing to do with the rear tire was missing a lug nut, then checked the rear and had one loose lug nut. I returned to alanis to ask why they did this and the mechanic simply said your fine with 4 on each wheel. the lady that i guess runs the place made no effort to fix the problem, just shrugged her shoulders. Why they took one from the front just to not even install it properly on the rear made no sense. Beware, if you like your car even a little bit, avoid this shop. Im not a review writer, but I just could not believe this ridiculous service.
