Many people with YO YO dieting. Binge eating. Disordered eating. Or food addictions could write books on nutrition and diets. We know the Calorie count. FAT grams. And carbohydrates of every bite we take. We have more knowledge of food composition than most people. The problem is that we cannot PUT that knowledge into long term practice.
