Even though we said no starch, the shirts came back super starched. My husband complained to me, I complained to the cleaners several times, the guy even wrote NO STARCH on the order form but still every time I got shirts back, they were stiff from the starch. Too bad because this is the closest dry cleaner to where we live. I was hoping to resolve this, but they still continued to over starch everytime. The guy that works there is nice, the owner shows up very seldom, and I get the feeling he's just not that interested in even saying hello to the customers. Never mind, there's lots of other cleaners in the area to try out.
