Our house faces Sun and Sail club. Their events are loud and noisy and association has no respect for residents' peace. Every year, preparations for 4th of July start very early and for people like me, who work very hard and very late, there is no way we can enjoy sleep. 4th of July celevbrations are gradually becoming a hazard: few years ago there was a big fight and someone ws (I believe) hurt. We wathed drama unfold from our balcony.
Association itself is not a nice one - it is basically run by people who do not have to work and make everyone's life miserable. all our neighbors complain that it is basically bunch of dictators who do whatever they want.
To anyone who is planning to buy - don't! Your lives will be miserable as ours. We can't sell due to economic conditions and we have to endure associations unreasonable rules. They have no idea that people are barely making a living and place unreasonable demands on home maintenance. As I said - association is run by people who are not aware of economic conditions and have no empathy and respects for residents who are trying to make a living.

i like go to the sun ans sail club like almost ever day and on the 4th of july they have this huge party thing with fire works and they put the diving bpard back in and its just so fun and and omg omg omg sorry i just love it so much they have a boook that they give you on the things or activites that you can do there and they have two pools and a kitty pool (for kids NOT cats...)and just go trust me!!
