Bought a ThirtyTwo snowboard pants that failed after wearing it for the first time. The front buttons came off so I sent it in for a replacement. The manufactured replaced it with a different color without letting me know. So I had to resend and ended up getting a refund. The refund check was not issued with they claim it was sent. When the check was sent, it was for the incorrect amount. In all, they delayed the process by nearly a month from multiple mess ups. When this was addressed to a manager, he used the excuse that this happens in a big organization and even had the nerve to imply I was partially to blame since I wanted a refund. This is outrageous. You're a lousy company and you service is even worst.
