I called to order a pizza using a coupon which I had received three days earlier on the back of my grocery receipt from the store across the street from this Domino's. The coupon had no expiration date, but the store refused to honor it -- saying simply that they no longer were accepting this coupon. Then, in typical Bait and Switch manner, they tried to get me to buy a different (and more expensive) deal. I contacted Domino's headquarters and was told they had contacted the owner. He never responded, Avoid this example of a bad business -- there are lots of other pizza places around.

I called one night to order a pizza and a minor answered to phone and was very rude so I asked to speak with the manager and told them what happen and didnt get any where with that so I said I want the owners name 4 times and was told I cant give u the name well sorry to say but if management would train their employees to be respectful to paying customers maybe I would have gotten my pizza.
