Wait staff was really trashy. Waited 25 min after ordering to be told the deep fryer was down. Sounded more like they forgot about us because everyone else was getting their fried food. My 5yr old son never got his chicken and the bowl of fruit they brought for his was warm and brownish. When I complained about the problem the waitress got rude with me and then disappeared all together. When I complained to the manager she was equally rude and complained that I was complaining. So very highly unprofessional. I'm a local and have been to every single diner around in the course of my 39 years here. Lake Geneva is completely overrated. You'll notice that all the good reviews on yelp and the like are from people from Chicago who come up here and think everything in Lake Geneva is great. The place looks like a dive inside and out too. Steer clear folks. Get your moneys worth elsewhere.
