Full disclosure - I used to work for Michael Todd's at the Delavan store. Michael is awesome at dry cleaning. I saw him work some miracles with soiled clothing. Donna, the sister in law can come across rude or harsh, but really it's her Chicago upbringing that makes her seem that way. Really she would do anything for you. I recommend them highly.

We have been using them for years with no problems. I wore a dress a week before I brought it in. The completely ruined it. When I took it back to the store, they said it was a manufacture defect and they will prove it. They took the dress and was going to prove it and give me a report to take the manufacture. After 10 days they gave it back to me and said it was ruined because of wear and tear?! Scam. I called the owners sister who was crazy rude and she told me to go pound sand. I would look at other cleaners in the area as they are scammers. I have researched the reviews on this cleaners and it seems they have rubbed locals the wrong way. It's a small town. Beware!
