Customer Service Needs Major Improvement!

Told me my scooter would be ready in a few days. Over three weeks later and no communication from them, I had to call them to find out what was happening. Was told the person working on it couldn't figure out the problem and someone else had to look at it. The next day it was fixed and was told it was only a dirty filter. Was given the run around when picked it up about how long it took. Even admitted they ordered parts that weren't needed. Never apologized once, and didn't offer any compensation. They clearly take advantage that they are the only Vespa repair in the area. Would go somewhere else if I could.
