When our septic system backed up, Tommy Brown, Jr., the owner of Brown's Septic Pumping, returned my call immediately and he was here the next day to assess the situation. Tommy is knowledgeable and professional, he saved us money on the repairs and he got the job done quickly. We couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend!

Brown Septic emptied our system in January, but he informed us he had to come back a second time to finish. He charged us $1100 instead of the $400-$500 we had always paid before ( amount other services still charge). Then he insisted he had to come back a third time to change a pipe that was installed wrong (but had been working just fine for 20 years) & insisted we pay him an additional $750 up front (no receipt given for either payment). Six months later, he had never come back and after several calls and certified mail, I ended up filing a claim in small claims court. The day he was served a summons, he had time to call & offer a refund. I sincerely believe he's out to gouge people (have heard lots of horror stories since), Would urge residents NOT to use Brown Septic Service.

wanted to get our septic pumped in cripple creek every one i called was about a week out..i called brown and he could come out that day so even though he was higher then anyone else i called i regretably went for it.i reaffired twice that it would be 435.00 total. soon as he got here it needed a backflush 75.00 which turned out to be him running some water from his truck into the tank .he coud have used my hose which was hooked up and right there at the tank. of all the times ive had tank pumped he is the first one to pump the water side first. when he got to the waste side his truck filled up before he could finish the job. still demanded his wole 510'00 .acording to him my pipe was half cloged and he had his machine right there he could fix me right up.another plumer had put camera in so i knew it was good.if you dont know anything about septics and listen to him in my opinion he is going to take you for a ride. would never use him again.

Tom has taken care of my septic pumping needs for 4 years. I have a part time cabin in Hartsel and has had Tom out every year to inspect and take care of my system. He has made the process very easy to handle and given me the comfort that my tank will not freeze in the winter.

We have used Browns for 10 years and found him to be professional, timely and willing to share his knowledge with you freely. If you listen and take his advice your Septic system will last much longer and cost you less to maintain.

Needed my septic tank pumped and he was the only one who was able to provide service in a reasonable time frame even on Sunday. Communication is very good and he is very knowledgeable about septic systems. I highly recommend this service.

Ameridri is a remediation company and we were called to a job in Divide. The home's crawl space was filled to the top with septic overflow (5 feet deep). We called Brown Septic, among others, to get someone to come out and pump out the crawl space and septic. Brown Septic was the first to call me back - and the most helpful! Tom came out THE SAME DAY and pumped everything out and cleaned up after...he also replaced the septic cover which had been damaged by the previous company. Tom did an EXCELLENT job at a price well below competitors. But more important than the price was the stellar service he provided! Thank you Tom for a job well done!!

In the middle of a septic system backup, Tom was "Johnny-on-the-spot" to pump out the tanks & clear out the house discharge pipe. Great to have in-door plumbing again!
