This place always seems to be busy. Very friendly staff and they all look like they love their jobs. I heard the employees are treated very well at cowboys, but they also know the customer comes first. they come second. Im a long time customer who always comes back. The owner is serious about customer service..

Shoppers Beware!! Don’t be coerced into giving out your phone number to these Cowboys. That is if you DO NOT want to be harassed forever. I received two calls a week, for months, until I couldn’t stand the pressure anymore. Jeff and Sam would call and leave voicemail, begging me to return their calls or come on in to see their latest inventory. I asked them to stop calling … put my name and phone number on the “DO NOT CALL LIST” … spoke with the office manager, that assured me that he would take care of this issue. Then the calls started again. By this time I had an app that blocked the call, but allowed them to leave long annoying messages. I have tried everything, short of suing them in court. Even the owner, Sherman Henderson, treated me as if I didn’t have a brain in my head. He asked me for information pertaining to our visit to their lot … what kind of purchase were we looking for, was it an RV – Boat –Truck … What type of RV. Are you kidding me?!? These Jokers are the worst. If I can’t get them to quit calling and harassing me, how could I trust them to keep their word on a purchase?

Purchased a used rv which we enjoy very much. The sales staff was very informative and friendly. Company stood behind there product and service. If in the market would definitely buy from them again.

After the other place where all was wrong after we got home with our RV .... we traded in the turkey and got a great RV from Cowboys! We now know why Cowboys is the local Mohave county favorite RV dealer.My husband and I are very pleased with Cowboys. Good luck in the future to these good guys !!!

I have had positive dealings with Cowboys and find them to be down-to-earth and friendly. I purchased a Montana fifth wheel from them and will shop there again when I upgrade to a motorhome. The parts and service people go that extra mile as well.

Will not do business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone.........

I have known Cowboys RV Marine for over 12 years. I bought 2 Travel Trailer from Cowboys RV Mart. The service Department always excellent!!! Their Sales and Service team have kept me very happy...
