Don't ask to speak to a manager, if you do and you get a girl named Tammy, I feel sorry for you. She is the most rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. Their office made a mistake and she did not want to take responsibility for it. Tammy cancelled my VIP reservation and hung up the phone before I could respond. Now I don't have a reservation for Labor Day and there's nothing I can do about it. Their management (Tammy) sucks!!! I don't understand how this corporation aloes employees to treat customers like that and get away with it. That's just wrong on everyones part. I will never stay there as long as she has employement with them.
