Honestly I've never been so disappointed. I drove 1400 miles one way to look at a boat that was advertised as new. I drove 1400 miles one way after asking the salesman multiple multiple multiple times to document any and all damage on the boat. I specifically asked if the keel was beat up from being beached. I specifically asked about dock rash. I was assured the boat was near mint condition and the salesman pointed out three small defects on the exterior. I drove 1400 miles one way to find a boat that has been beat to absolute dog crap . There is dock rash on both sides front to back. The boat has been beached heavily and the keel is scraped significantly. I was told the boat was always stored indoors yet there is significant fading of the gel coat on one side where the cover didn't extend fully down the free board. The skeg is damaged and the propeller has nicks in it. A boat that was taken care of with only a hundred fifty hours on it should be in near new condition. this one is far from it and was horribly misrepresented by the dealer. on top of that they wanted $10,000 over book value. Now I am on my way back home, driving yet another 1400 miles. What an absolute slap in the face. Now the salesman is sending me text messages. What a dick.
