So I have seen Dr Luna before. She is AMAZING! Some of the staff are inconsiderate, will not let you talk and somewhat rude! I am a nurse... I know signs and symptoms. My cat is showing signs and symptoms of diabetes! I told the inconsiderate staff this and her response was an appt 11/28/18 or go to Kingman! Really?!?!? I was told yesterday by a gentleman at this same office that my baby would be seen if it was an emergency! To me, newly diagnosed diabetics are an emergency!! I guess the staff doesn’t think so! I am willing to pay the emergency fee! But the girl that I just spoke with would not shut up long enough for me to tell her this! Her solution was to get me off the phone as quick as she could! I was probably bothering her or interrupting her Facebook time!! My advice..... go to Dr Luna only if you don’t have to interact with some of her staff!
