The manager yells at family members right out in the front lobby and seems to thrive on picking fights. She also calls Adult Protective Services (APS) at the drop of a hat so they can both threaten you with calling the police if you attempt to take your family member out their front door. They will also use APS to get your family member's social security benefits sent directly to them without your consent or knowledge. They have double billed our bank account more than once. Our family member in this facility has a stinky commode in her tiny bedroom that is not cleaned often enough. I don't recommend this facility for your loved ones unless you want to remember their final days as a living hell for all involved.
