I would like to share my experience regarding Scotty's Broasted Chicken. Location in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I was there to attend a wedding and on Sunday we went out to eat recommendation by folks who live there. The food was very good the chicken was so good, but the service was just terrible. It was friendly when we walked in, but that was about it. We ordered our chicken family style and when we received it the girl Id # 4810 told us that we had some more potato coming that she would bring them shortly. We each got 1 potato and where expecting more, but they never came. I went up to the counter and said I thought we were getting the rest of our order of potatos. She told me that they gave my order to someone else, but she would see to it that we received the rest of our order. We finished our dinner but still had not received our order. We left. We paid for this meal and expected to get everything we had coming to us.
Like I said the chicken is good but the service is not.

Best chicken anywhere! Absolutely worth the wait.
