Provided by SuperpagesI had cataract surgery in April of 2010 and the surgery was not correct. I was unable to see clearly beyond approx. 4 feet and I was suppose to see distant objects but was a total failure. To this point I have had to spend $2,000.00 of my own money for PRK surgery to hopefully correct botched cataract surgery done by Dr. champion. I was the last surgery of the day and all I heard them talk about was getting out of Havasu and getting home. Rodger Klukas
