The Converter Shop, also known as TCS, is a family-owned and operated company that manufactures torque converter and various transmission products. Operational since 1978, the company has a manufacturing facility in Arizona. The Converter Shop uses computer numerical control equipment for the manufacture of several internal parts of converters. The company offers turbin and pump drive hubs made of more than 4,000 materials. The Converter Shop provides a range of products, such as aluminum transmission pans, clutch hubs, differentials, drive couplers, input shafts, planetaries and cooler kits. The company makes custom length axles for independent and floater live axle rear ends.
