Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy due to the lack of professionalism and customer service that I encountered trying to book an appointment and cancel an appointment. The girls that work there are rude, obnoxious and argumentative. The only reason I was going to go there was because I purchased a Groupon. I am an avid spa goer and figured I would give them a try since the price of the Groupon was so reasonable for the services they were offering. I should have known better!!! I had to cancel my appointment with them after finding out that I was working. I gave them plenty of notice, however the day of the appointment that I CANCELLED they called me and tried to tell me that I didn't. They wanted to know who I spoke to and they would check their phone records and call me back. Well, they called me back and said they had no record of me canceling AGAIN! At the time I cancelled my appt. their computer system was down and they insisted it wasn't down when I said it was. Pretty shady about the computer system if you ask me, every time my friend called them to make appts. their system was down. How do you run a salon with a faulty computer system??? They pretty much called me a liar. I wouldn't step foot into that place even if the services were free. They lost 3 potential clients, b/c my friends were going to use them as well. Luckily, Groupon refunded me the money I spent and didn't revoke my certificates like the salon said they would. I'm just glad I didn't have to waste any money tipping people for services I probably would've been dissatisfied with.
