I went there after reading a review on their site. I arrived 10 min early and was taken care of 15 min after my appointment time. 3/4 thru my highlighting she had to go add some water or mix some more solution to finish my head. When placed under the dryer the stylist disappeared. The dryer stopped and she was no where to be found so I sat in her chair and waited for her. She put me back under the dryer when she finally returned, such wasted time. My cut was not exactly how I wanted it and the left side of my head was highlighted more boldly than the right side of my part. What should have taken 1 hour took a total of 2 hours!! Never again. All-in-all it was not a good experience. Her name was Anna.
