Watch out for this guy! I went in for a FREE ESTIMATE and he ended up CHARGING me over $200 of work that I NEVER AGREED TO. NEVER CALLED ME!!! ���� He just went ahead and took it apart to diagnose the problem WITHOUT MY CONSENT! You mean ROYAL RIP OFF! Stay away from this place! ���� ��������������������������������

DISHONEST and very bad customer service I had to have my brakes redone after 1 month. And watch out owner is big with temper when you complain he starts acting like a bully

I took my 99 Dodge Ram 4x4 to get a brake job (in the past), and work was excellent and cheap. Most other places, would not even provide estimate, JD gave me a firm estimate....and delivered!

They don't rip you off! Very reasonable and do work that is needed, no unnecessary repairs like other auto shops and dealers. I've had my car worked on twice and paid half the price I would elsewhere.My car is in tip top condition and runs great thanks to JD's auto. I know my car is going to be fixed right and done in a timely matter very trustworthy. I will continue to take my car there.

JD is very knowledgeable, trustworthy AND honest as the day is long. I have been taking my Town Cars to him for the last six years. He fixes things in a timely manner, he informs me of pending issues to think about based on his review, and his pricing is fair - much better than dealers! I have come to depend on his expertise and recommendations. JD keeps me on the road for a fair price.

Terrible brake job done wrong and almost killed me !!! Then when I called to complain they said was not there fault and hung up on me OMG

JD was straight-forward with me on how much the work and parts would cost. The mechanic was a pretty nice guy.

JD's Auto repair has been so understanding with money and I can trust them with my car. He doesn't rip you off on your car.

They brake your car they overcharge you and are rude about it customer service is the worst too

Really very bad Took my limo in for service this place is a total Rip off. They did bad transmission work I had to bring it back to them about 5 times for problems they wouldn't fix properly.I Finally had to go somewhere else and got the transmission replaced, The owner Jim swears and yells. This shouldn't be allowed to go on? Why is the Dump still is business?

Customer Service is a nightmare My truck was to be ready at 2pm called not yet 4pm called not yet 5pm called they said tomorrow. called the next day no not yet said another day so what was to be 1 day turned to 3 days

This is the place NOT TO GO TO . Crappie Customer Service …Crappie work… Crappie attitude..Crappie High Charges and Very Crappie turn around. All around bad bad bad The guy at the desk seemed nice enough but my car started jerking 3 days after they changed the oil when I called back he yelled he did nothing wrong and how dare I even question him on his work ??? Did not even let me talk and hung the phone up on me

customer oh my god this was a nightmare the owner needs angry help while i was there lost his temper said he could not work on my car come back tomorrow no way went somewere else....scary

Customer Service was just the very worst I will never never go back Dishonest and Ripp off owner and the 1 guy that works there are but rude to me and customers on the phone too

Just the worst service needed brakes no big deal right.... wrong over charged and took 2 days not the 1 like they said they acted like I was lucky they got to it the next day what a Joke this dump is !!!! STAY FAR AWAY
