Do not get your haircut here. I had a haircut and highlight two days ago by the owner. First she gave the wrong haircut, even though i showed her a couple of pictures with the same haircut. After the haircut I told her that it was longer on one side. She trimmed it a little bit, and I told her it was still too long on that side. She replied, by saying that the same thing had happened to her when she got her haircut. When I got home it was definetely longer on that side. I called her but the place was already closed, so I left a message. She called me and she said that she was not going to fix it. I pressed on and she said she could do after the holidays. I asked for a refund for the haircut portion and she refused. About the highlights, I paid for full highlights and she actually patched the bottom section of my hair, it was like graving a paint brush and painting here and there. In addition, I ended up with reddish highlights instead of blond in some parts. I ended up paying $155 for a horrific job by the owner who have no concept of a satisfied customer.
