Mark was a lifesaver! I had surgery the day before a total snowfall of 18 inches over the next three days. Ordinarily I would have handled it myself, but that was impossible. I called everyone on the recommended handyman websites, and many of the other listings here, and they wouldn't consider me at all, or without a yearly contract.

I finally found Mark here, and called him on Saturday afternoon. He said he would love to help, but had to handle his regular customer list first. Totally fair - that's why you pay to sign up, for the preferred status. Yes, I signed up too for the next time. If I was a customer, I certainly would want to be put after non-customers.

Mark was obviously VERY busy, and did ask that I call back to find the best time he would be able to help. His answers were short, but he WAS crazy busy. Some might interpret that as rude, I certainly didn't under these circumstances. He did want to help me where no one else was interested.

His pricing was totally fair. Yes, it was ala carte, not nickle and dime. You only pay for what you want. Whats more fair than that? Again, I totally appreciate it.

He was able to get out to me about 24 hours after I first called him, which was totally acceptable, and on a Sunday afternoon. He was very professional and did a great job in record time. I couldn't have asked for more! I will definitely use his services again.

Guy was totally unprofessional and rude. I called to ask about driveway services for my mother in law and first thing he does is ask me where she lives, then as I'm answering he cuts me off to take another call. I was on hold for at least three or four straight minutes (all the while googling other snow removal services) when finally he returns.

I ask about the pricing structure, as I've never had a driveway plowed, and he goes off about all these nickel and dime conditions. Now, this kind of thing I can find understandable in this line of work, but the guy's got this attitude like he's doing me a favor even being on the phone with me. I'm a straight-forward guy... I'm not trying to split the atom here, I'm just asking for a ballpark price so I know what to relay to my mother in law.

Finally we get the thing settled and I tell him thanks for the info, I'll call back soon if we choose to move forward with the service.

He calls me back 20 minutes later and asks if I decided. I said "Yeah, hey I appreciate you calling back, but we're not gonna need this tonight".

He responds, sarcastically: "Okay, thanks for not calling me back" and hangs up on me.

Hey Mark, thank you for making it easy for me to decide who NOT to call back next time I'm needing snow removal.

I called to ask about their services and can't believe their absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Their website claims in big letters "No contract needed" and "Call now and we can have a plow there in 30 minutes"...

This is the exact conversation:

Me: Hi I wanted to ask about getting my driveway plowed?

Them: Do you have a contract?

Me: No.

Them: Ain't gonna happen, "click" they hung up on me!

Seriously?? That's how they treat potential customers??
