Horrible... I have been getting my nails done for 15 years plus... I have never experienced any problems until now...after 2 weeks My acrylic thumb nail fell off and under my natural nail bed was black and green mold.. Covering the whole nail ... Please DO NOT use this place.

Very expensive and nails chipped within a few days. Not impressed probably won't be back. Lady was friendly but not good at her job.

This place is clean but their customer service is horrible. I came in to have have full services. The manager stated it would be a hour wait. Another customer came in who I happened to know and sat down beside me and we engaged in on a conversation. He came over and told her to have a seat at a chair for service. She look at me and said have you been helped already and I stated I was told it would be a 1 hour wait. I then asked the manager for the owner's contact information because someone came in after I did as a walk in and was offered services. He refused to give me the information. He told me to wait a hour and was very rude about it. I don't understand because I tip and is very generous with tipping. I am Afro American and my acquaint was Caucasian. So disappointed.

The vibe was just terrible the second I walked in I sat down as the people asked over and over what I was going to need done . It was very hot and I was not confortable at all

Nice to see a classy atmosphere arrive in lake Jackson. Tam was gentleman who did my pedi Mani, I will be back.my feet were a challenge and did a great job.

And next to HEB! I can shop wax massage pedi Mani all in one spot:)

Only 3 employees and one of them just aimlessly walking around. The lady that did my pedicure after 45 minutes of waiting had no clue what to do. The place is very nice and the chairs are amazing, however, it was very hot inside and was uncomfortable. I hope that this is only a setback because they are a new business but more employees need to be hired.
