Bathroom sink had a hole in it that they would not come fix. AC never blew cold and my apartment would never fall below 85 degrees even when it was on 60 degrees for hours.Reported repeatedly and was told that it worked fine. I had a 560 sq ft apartment that the electric bill was between 280$ and 320$ every month. Office staff was rude and very unprofessional. Neighbors were aggressive towards me while I was on my way to do laundry one evening. I reported it and ask to move apartments and was told I would have to pay another deposit and apply all over again restarting my lease. After that I requested early termination of our lease because it was unsafe. was not granted that either ( we moved anyways) Multiple door dings on my car because the parking spaces are not up to state code in width. Preferential treatment was given to certain residents when it come to parking. Some would receive tow warnings for parking in restricted areas ( office personnel parking spaces were legal size) while others were allowed to park their for 3 or 4 days at a time without receiving any repercussions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYBODY AT ALL

if its not plumbing r catching on fire its the ac ugh!!

very hot moved in thanken everything was good. WRONG!!! ac unit does not get cold told office said we should get window units, place was a big mess and bad neighbors. would not recommend to no one to lease here.
