They did an adequate job on a door and quarter panel replacement. However, there were 2 missing screws - 1 for the door arm rest and 1 for the fender's mud flap. By the time my wife got back to Bumper Time, the flap had already fallen off and the door was difficult to open. The owner gave her a hard time saying it wasn't his fault. HE installed the door and panel just weeks before! He refused to install a simple screw ( Shout out to Honda of Kingston who did it for free ). For a screw costing a nickle he has lost a customer and good will - I'll tell this to everyone I know.
