Terrible costumer service at the Lake Mary location. I could hear the tech's laughing at my daughters medical chief complaint through the door. My 12 year old daughter turned to me and asked if they were laughing at her. I'am in the medical field and would never treat a patient the way they treated us. No professionalism or respect. Will never return! The Nurse practitioner did not address the problem and dismissed us as if it was not important.
