Chili's has been my favorite restaurant for years and this evening I was very let down. Today was my one year wedding anniversary. My wife, daughter and I arrived and were seated quickly but our waitresses took 15-20+ minutes to acknowledge our presence. Once we finally received our drinks we were bombarded every minute if we had made up our minds as to what we would like to eat. Feeling rushed we ordered. My wife and daughter that which was ordered I however received the wrong order after waiting an hour so I sent it back. By the time we finally got out of there it had already been two hours and our night came to a close. Such a special occasion wasted.
