Cartridge arrived with note to disregard printer warning "No INK." HUH? Immediately printer warning appeared, printer then changed to "Cartridge error", printer now doesn't work at all. Then I discovered no refund unless cartridge mailed back & received within 30 days of purchase, not delivery date. Then on web I found tons of identical complaints. Worst of all, I referred this great deal to my boss, whose printer now doesn't work just like mine, plus he's out the money like me. Custy service people say they've never had a complaint, even girls who I personally complained to 3 days earlier. FRAUD. All profit sending inkless damaged cartridges then refusing any refund.
