My daughter has attended Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy at Optimum for over 2 years now. Since the last review was written, the practice has moved into a brand new office, and I can vouch for it's cleanliness. The practice changed owners about a year ago, and the current owner, Fabian, is very attentive to scheduling and billing. My daughter has worked with Amanda (OT), Anastasia (Speech), and Vicki (PT) and I was happy with all of them. They are a great team of caring professionals and I would recommend them to any parent looking for help. They council me and teach me new things that I can work on at home with my daughter, so her progress is continual whether she's at the office or at home.

Their office wasn't clean, their office staff was abrasive and their therapists seemed very inexperienced. My child also got hurt during his treatment twice due to his therapist not setting up the equipment properly. This is not acceptable.
