I took 2 COOGI Polo shirts and a very talored Cache dress to Royal Touch Cleaners to simply get dry cleaned. These items were not dirty, I simply wanted them smelling fresh. Now my husbands COOGI Polo shirts are completely ruin. They had decals that were completly ironed off. They cut the loops on my dress where a belt is supposed to loop through and now the dress has pulls on it. I called and called to speak to the owner only to be told he doesnt come to the Lake Mary location. Finally when I spoke to him. He admitted the damage but refused to pay for them or give me my money back.

The service was awful, they ruined my daughters comforter. When they finally replaced it, I had to pay a $32.00 fee, which was the cleaning fee for the ruined comforter before they would give me the replacement comforter. I tried to call the owner twice and he wouldn't even call me back. I will never use them again.
