I came in for a new patient exam and from the minute i walked in to the time I walked out the office was very accomidating and sweet. Loved Karen at the front.. she was very informative with any insurance questions that I had. Dr. Propst was very thorough with his exam.. I'm use to going to Dentist's and they spend 2 min in my mouth but charge out a full exam and I was plesantly suprised when Dr. Propst took the time to do a full exam and explain everything to me in detail. Marianna the hygienist was gentle but thorough.. this was the best cleaning I've ever had. Love the assistants Brittney, Julie, and Jill.. they are so knowledgable and efficient with what the Dr. needs. I loved this office and had an overall great experience and would recommend this practice to all my family and friends. :)

Same problems as noted in the other reviews here times two, for both my daughter and myself. How long will this go on with this dental facility.

I called their office and told them I wanted to make an appointment, I am a first time patient, and I was due for a 6 month cleaning. I went, the office staff and hygeniest were super nice. They took x-rays (which I needed), pictures and told me different techniques and strategies for healthy gums and teeth. Ok, everyone could use a refresher. Well, I was told that I periodontal disease (which I don't have - my last dentist would have told me 6 months ago!). Plus, I needed invisalign because I have 1 crooked tooth that you cannot see unless I open my mouth wide. I received an hour and a half sales pitch on what they can offer. Then the hygenist asked if I had any questions. I asked when I was going to get my cleaning. Her response was "you need a deep cleaning for the periodontal disease, you need to save your insurance billings for that." So I didn't even get a cleaning which was what a I wanted! Don't go there, they will tell you the worst to get you scared!!

I think Dr. Propst is really good at what he does..I had 6 veneers done by him and I love his wrok.

If it wasn't for his support staff especially the Assistant and the Hygienist I would have never stepped foot in the place again. I was there in June for an amazing cleaning best ever and then came back to have my crown completed. Dr Propst was rough and rude. Not what I was expecting after a great first appointment with the hygienist.
