Shannon, owner of Rock Lake PC did a great job with our laptop. My computer crashed the week before finals, and not only did she come to our house that same day, but recovered my files and I had my computer back within 48 hrs. She also was great about keeping in touch during the whole process and letting me know what was going on. We would not hesitate to call her again. You can't get that service with best buy (which is where we have gone in the past). Very reasonably priced.
