If you are wealthy, you have no problem. If you don't have a lot of money in your accounts, don't expect a lot of help from the people at the main office.



The employees are miserable and you can tell. It's a revolving door for their employee's and it seems like I see a new face every month. The turnover rate is just atrocious and the employee's seem on edge, like they are constantly being watched. I've banked with them for years and have definitely seen a decline in moral and service. I don't blame the employee's, they are quite pleasant, I blame whatever is making them miserable.



Avoid this place if you don't want to be charged heavily for not having a lot of money.
