Never disappointed in my experience with Jessica at Glitz lake Orion. The entire staff is very friendly! Great atmosphere
Always a satisfied customer!!

I didn't have an appointment but I heard good things from a friend so I decided to just walk in. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes while the receptionist sat on her phone before attending to me. Finally, I was able to get my hair done. Something as simple as a trim and half head of highlights and the stylist took off about 5 inches...it's supposed to be a trim! the highlights were choppy and not blended. I hated it. For a place with so much appraisal and class it did not meet it's high standards. Angry, I asked to talk to the manager to ask for a discount or fix up and turns out it was the same lady sitting on her phone at the counter. When I asked what my options were, she was nothing but rude to me. She made me feel stupid like I knew nothing about hair and pretty much told me I was out of luck. I left there crying and needless to say I will never go back to a glitz salon!! Terrible service and they need to look into hiring a new manager! -angry, unsatisfied customer

Chad has been my hairstylist for over 8 years. I'm usually picky with my hair and he is great at understanding exactly what I'm looking for. And he's always up on the newest trends in hair! I've had my hair short to long and it always looks fabulous!

LOVE getting my hair done by Chadwick! Ive been going to him for years now, first to try hombre, then went all blonde, and then back to brunette. My color, cut, & style are always perfect, and the products are fantastic! I highly recommend him!

I love the Lake Orion Glitz, Linda knows how to cut short hair! Finally found someone who 1knows what they are doing!:-)

Jessica Aurora- Today I got my fashion pieces and haircut done. My friend got her color restored. Jessica is awesome and I've been seeing her forever :) I would never see another person to do my hair and I recommend her to everyone :) Thanks Jess :)

This place was amazing. All friendly and there open 7 days a week that great for moms who need to have a day out. My hair stylist was ashley she did awesome work thank you Ashley.

Jessica Aurora knows exactly how to cut an color my hair. She always takes into consideration my lifestyle. As a busy working mother she gives me a great style that I can maintain. She has great knowledge about how to cut and style my fine troublesome hair. I have been going to her for about 3 years now and have never walked out unhappy with how she has done my hair and I am very picky about how I want it to look. If you are looking for someone who will listen to what you want and not stop till you get what you wanted.
