The atmosphere in the facility is very welcoming. This club is not set up like most. When you walk in, the front desk, staff are very considerate and take the time to make sure your needs are met. The cardio equipment is in a complete separate room from the free weights, which are held at a bottom floor level, and the machine weights are upstairs in the facility with the indoor track and studio classes. The pool is acclimating for new comers and always long time members. I love that I do not have to workout around kids 11 & under except on the weekends. Even then, they are not in the areas that I am trying to use. There are so many different machines to use for the same muscle you're training. Love the locker rooms and also all of the services that are offered. Lovely place, as long as you aren't looking for family time every day. Any one that says this is a bad club/facility cannot be pleased.

Discriminates!!!

Don't bring your children there!!! This place has the most rudest and ignorant people working there! I didn't even want to give them one star! But in order to warn people and get this out there I had to! They discriminate against blended families!!! They will charge you a fortune and give you poor services and treat you like crap!!!

The club serves it's purpose but do not expect any perks. The monthly fees are expensive and nothing is offered to those who have been loyal customers. We have been members since it opened and I can not even obtain a couple of passes a year for my out of town family member to accompany me to the gym while visiting (about 5 times a year). They require a $20/day payment. Some of the services they provide I do not even need yet I pay full price. If there was another comparable gym in the area I would seriously consider it.

RIP OFF

I joined this gym and even referred over some friends and family to this gym, When I moved over an hour away from the gym they wouldn't let me terminate my membership. They made me come in personally to sign a cancellation instead of being able to fax it (good thing I didn't move out of state!) and then when they told me I only owed part of the remaining balance they lied and took the whole amount off my credit card .. People are very cold and impersonal especially Matt in the membership office, he is nice to you when you first sign in and then very cold after you've already signed a contract .. Very unhelpful especially considering the economic conditions .. Also when I still worked out there had many problems with teenagers being loud, making out in excercise rooms, complained to management nothing was ever done. This gym is too big for their own good, don't sign a contract with them, they will screw you out of your money and then add a bunch of other fees onto your final bill.
