Hi, I'm the owner of Stones a ace of Orion. This customer only needs to decline our help and he may shop to his hearts desire. I'm very proud of our staff and their willingness to help people. Helping people is what we do best. Some people are hard to please. Read his other reviews.

Be Ready to be approached by agressive employees who want to know what you want, so they can escort you to the appropriate isle. if i needed a personal assistant i would hire my own. While It's usefil as a customer to have help if you want it, these people are way to forceful and honestly they are losing sales by not allowing people to browse. Just this morning I was able to slip past the person at the door, but within 30 seconds I had a overzealous employee barreling down the isle at me inquiring as to what I was looking for....when I was standing in front of what I needed. For God's sake leave customers alone and let them shop. We are mostly grown adults and kinda enjoy browsing through the hardware store. if we need help we will ask!!!!!
