This storage is managed by private company and I leave these comments as past tenant there in Nov 2008.

The management is run by marice in the Farmington office.

I say that when you pay your rent it rents monthly and NO term leases.The company has a lockout policy where they select people to lock out preventing use of storage. Then you have to go to court if you want to access.



The end result if you are selected is you get eviction notice and large bills for moveing out of storage

with expense to move again.

This is poorly managed and the president does not do the right things for tenants there at brown st national storage.
