Customer service/support sucks. I placed a super rush order and paid for overnight shipping because my daughter absolutely needs her prescription goggles and....after waiting 3 weeks for her goggles to be custom made, they shipped the order to the wrong address. For clarification, this wasn't a typo in the address...they actually shipped my order to a completely different address where I don't even reside. Clearly someone there can't read "shipping address" from the order form. Additionally, I had called a couple of times to check on the order progress and was told that they would call the lab and get back to me the very next day. It took me following up and calling to get a response back. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. It is now going to be a couple more days for the whole shipping mess to get straightened out....but you can bet that I'm going to go get the prescription verified to make sure that they didn't mess it up too.
