This is a horrible organization

I was out of work after losing a good Outside Sales position. I went to Opti to find some temporary manual work to get me by until I landed something good. These guys sold me a bill of goods and hired me to work internally for them. This place is a total joke. Their slogans are purely rhetoric. They charge companies almost twice as much in fees, to provide the same exact candidates as other staffing services. I think I was there two weeks before someone was fired. Then our Branch Manager was fired. After two weeks without a Manager and no explanation of why nobody was running the office, some derelict was brought over from another branch to replace her. He went on to fire someone almost every week. The crazy thing was, they had nobody to replace the people they fired, so they would scramble to hire any semi-literate warm body. This place claims to be your Human Resource specialist, but they can't manage a staff. In 8 months I saw the entire office turn over 1 1/2 times.
