I love Karen! Been going there since a friend recommended her in 2005. We have had guests from out of town get their hair done there for several weddings. My hair always looks great and stays that way for months.

I had a very bad experience in this salon. The woman that cut my hair acted strange. She made me uncomfortable. Her station was dirty and a real mess. Several times while my hair was being processed and then cut, she talked on the phone and to others in the salon while leaving me to wait. She left me under the dryer for over 30 minutes while she cut someone elses hair. It was so unecessary. When I left the salon I went home to do my hair and the cut was uneven. My hair was very dry and my hair was just fried. When I called and talked to her about it she said things that I couldn't believe. She said I must be on some sort of drug so the process didn't work out or that I had done something to my hair. I went elsewhere and had my hair fixed. I got a better cut and all the hair fried cut off, had a deep conditioning. The new hairdresser said it was probably old product that she used in my hair. One other thing, I think it was very rude that she drank coffee and had a coke and never offered even a drink of water to me. I hope if you go to this salon that you do not have the same experience. Let's hope this was a fluke and that other services are much more professional and better than mine.
