Legend title company was handling the closing of my land. I had requested, over the phone and by written note, which I had sent to them with the notarized paper work which they had requested be sent over night, that the funds for the sale of my land be over nighted to me. As the closing happened on Thursday 1-03-19, and as I had not received my funds by Monday 1-07-19, I called them and asked why I hadn’t received them. The supposed owner, Theresa, advised that she had put them in the U.S. Mail, and I should be receiving them in the next few days. When I told her that I had requested that they be over nighted, she became very belligerent and hung up the phone on me! I would not recommend any person do business with Legend Land Title Company, as they are very rude, very belligerent, very unprofessional and will not conduct business as you request!
